1 - Get up It's Over! Perhaps the greatest temptation after we sin is to wallow in self-pity and shame. But once we realize that God has forgiven us, and the His grace has covered us once again, it's time to pick up the pieces of our lives and move onto new dimensions of glory. God has forgiven us so we must learn to forgive ourselves.

This is one of the reasons that we have so many difficulties in relationships, because we can't decide who we are, what we want, or where we're going.
