I placed an order on 8/24/2010 #3270063 for 10 dvd's. Two of them are double dvd sets. Although I appreciate the speedy delivery, after watching 3 dvd's I was disappointed in the quality of the picture as well as the skipping and constant pausing of the dvd's. The first two played well for about 25-30 minutes and then the picture and sound began to skip and become distorted. The third dvd started skipping within the first 15 minutes. I haven't opened the rest of them. Exposure-1 copy Decision-2 copies Build-4 copies

I really thought that I was ordering an original set and not copies so I was very disappointed with what I received for the price. I would appreciate it if you would correct this problem and send me the complete set at no cost to me. I would also appreciate a quick response to this communication so that I can anticipate when I will be receiving the cd's. My email address is:
